Relax after a busy day by using this simple recipe for a de-stressing soak. Dissolve two cups of Epsom salts in warm bath water scented with 20 drops of essential oil of peppermint or eucalyptus. The magnesium sulfates in the Epsom salts relax muscles while the oils invigorate a tired mind.
